I voted for John Edwards.
Because so many Clinton/Obama supporters can only see red instead of reason, I will explain why it was not a wasted vote. Someone has to be the adult.
For one thing, with the Democratic Party’s broken primary system, I could have split my votes. Vote my two-thirds at the polls and the other third at the precinct convention. I almost did that, but could not even figure out which one should get the two-thirds.
My Edwards vote was a statement.
At this point, I cannot sign on to either campaign. Rather than sit it out, I thought I would be one of those who went to the polls and said “I still am out here, and I don’t like what I’m seeing”. Once there is a candidate, I will go full bore for whoever it is.
But this cat fighting that is going on is playing into the hands of the GOP.

Good for you holmes. Your nullity vote will teach the next generation of Democratic candidates that you mean business. I plan to vote for Nader in the general. At least I know he won’t let GM put no suicide machines on the road.
