This rejection passed on Wednesday morning,
30-April-08, at the quadrennial General Conference of
the United Methodist Church that is still meeting in
Fort Worth, Texas.

This body is the highest authority of the denomination
and cannot be over-ruled by any other body within the
denomination.

		<description>It is so obvious that money is the driving force in the SMU administration&#039;s decision to accept this appalling situation for SMU!  This man is clearly a modern day equivalent to Hitler----thoousands upon thousands of innocents killed, lies to goad an entire nation into war, decimation of a progressive country and economy for narcissistic goals -----  I can&#039;t think of any university ever that has been so complicit in servicing a fascist villain lacking any honor or conscience at all.  

This has nothing to do with methodism.  It has nothing to do with religion.  It has everything to do with ethics.  The SMU administration is making it clear that they consider their own funding situation supremely important and the rest of the world be damned.  

Simply appalling.</description>
